Whoa, that took me back. And now I’ve listened to it twice. The rabbit holes that I find myself going down.

What I really wanted to talk about today though was Habits; how to build them and how to keep them.

I tell myself, I’m going to start doing X every day, 3x a week, whatever and I’ll do it for a bit. Then I’ll notice that it’s June 26th, and I ave not written one word to you since I was in NY. How is that possible? If it makes you feel any better, there are many many habits that I have also been neglecting.

Many years ago I actually attended a class in this-habit building. I seem to remember that we are only supposed to add one habit at a time. Maybe even one habit a month (!). That sounds like advice for losers. I can handle WAY more than that. (apparently not).

OK, so now I have spent some time in another tab reading about this. - habits, various habit keeping rules, procrastination, something called the seinfeld effect etc.

I’m recommitting myself to this thing. I AM HERE

Tomorrow I’ll share the tea (? such a weird expression) regarding what I have working on. Today I’m putting a check mark beside writing.
